On the Profile Management page, you can create browser profile groups to facilitate searching and managing your profiles. You may also grant group permissions to team members to control their access to profiles.

1.Create a Profile Group

Launch and log into Paraturbo. Locate Profile Management on the left navigation bar.

Create Profile Group: Click the [ + ] button to create a new profile group.

2. Edit a Profile Group

Locate the target group, click the […] icon next to it to open the edit page. You can modify the Group Name and Remark.

3. Pin a Profile Group

Find the group you want to pin, click the […] icon and select Pin. Pinned groups will appear at the top of the list.

To unpin, click the […] icon of the group and choose Unpin.

4. Filter Profile Groups

Click […] to enter the group detail page. You can filter existing groups by Group Name, Profiles, and Members.

  • Profile Group Filter: You can filter existing profile groups by Group Name, Remark, Profiles, and Authorized Member. To clear the filter conditions, click the “Reset” button.
    • Included profiles: profilename information in this group.
    • Authorized member: Member information that has been granted group permissions
    • Created Time: The time when you created the profile group.

5. Show Profiles Belonging to Specific Groups

If no group is selected, all your self-created profiles will be displayed by default.

If you only want to view profiles under certain groups, tick the corresponding groups.

6.Assign Profile Groups to Members

Navigate to Team → Members in the left sidebar. Click Edit for a member.

Select the profile group(s) for the member. Only Manager and Staff roles need to be assigned profile groups.

Note: “All Groups” includes all custom groups as well as ungrouped profiles.
